  • 50 regular crunches
  • 25 bicycle crunches
  • 25 russian twists with weights
  • 30 second cobra stretch
  • 25 pelvic lifts
  • 15 fire-hydrants each size
  • 10 leg lifts each side
  • 40 chest presses
