  • 25 bicycle crunches
  • 25 russian twists with weights
  • 30 second cobra stretch
  • 25 pelvic lifts
  • 15 fire-hydrants each size
  • 10 leg lifts each side
  • 40 chest presses

  13. 5-10 stretching/yoga

I plan on doing this everyday for the rest of the week along with my ballet classes!
