this week has been pretty rough with the passing of my grandfather.. but i managed to get in a little workout this morning to get my mind off things.
- 5 min stretching
- 30 squats
- 20 plie squats
- 30 crunches
- 20 vertical crunches
- 100 bicycle crunches
- 20 dip and drags
- 20 single leg lifts
- 30 russian twists
- 30 donkey kicks
- 20 fire hydrants
- 10 pushups
- 1 min plank
- 1 min arm circles
