I just got back from Spain! 

It was awesome but unfortunately lots of eating and little exercising..

So I’ve decided it’s time to get back on track and start working out again.. starting today! (:

  • 30 squat leg lifts
  • 30 high knees
  • 40 more bicep ” “

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 40 squats
  • 50 regular crunches
  • 25 bicycle crunches
  • 25 russian twists with weights
  • 30 second cobra stretch
  • 25 pelvic lifts
  • 15 fire-hydrants each size
  • 10 leg lifts each side
  • 40 chest presses
